1. The offer is available for activation from 04/06/2022 to 04/06/2022, 23:59 (the offers are announced through special actions of electronic and phone messages and also through your profile – make sure that your e-mail address and/or your phone are included at our notification lists by activating the Notifications, that you will find at “My Profile” -> “Notifications”) only for the clients of Parimatch (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) who have received a separate personal message from the Company and the account of whom is verified.
2. The offer is valid only for bets placed on the website parimatch.com.cy and the official applications for mobile operating systems iOS and Android.
3. To activate the offer, the client shall do one of the following:
3.1) To visit the website that has been sent to him through a promotional offer and to press the button “ACTIVATE THE OFFER” and to follow the steps of deposit and participation in the offer.
3.2) Or to contact the customer support department via live chat/email/telephone to activate the offer and credit of the bonus within 48 hours after the expiration of the insured live bet.
4. The minimum bet amount is €10.
5. To participate in the offer, you need to credit your account with the minimum amount of €20.
6. Bets of “System” type do not participate in the present offer.
7. The maximum amount of compensation (refund) is €50, only for the bets of categories “Live” or “In Progress”.
8. After your next deposit and during the activation of the offer, you can request a particular event for which you want the promotion to be activated. If you do not do so, then the first bet you made in the LIVE category, after the first promotional deposit, which will be considered lost, you will receive compensation equal to 50% of the betting amount.
9. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must bet it at least three (3) times with odds of no less than 1.60 at the total odds of each bet.
10. Upon bonus activation, it will be available for wagering for 30 days from the time it was credited. After the 30 days, any amounts related to the bonus and/or the winnings which arose from it will be automatically deducted as the bonus has expired.
11. Bonus compensation will be credited within 48 hours.
12. Only one lost bet placed during the Promotion period is eligible for compensation.
13. The Company reserves the right to cancel the bonus and/or refuse to provide it to a customer, if the customer violated the terms and conditions of the Company or the Company has evidence that the customer has attempted to cheat in order to take advantage of this Promotion.
14. The Customer automatically agrees with the Terms and Conditions of the bonus offer upon the activation of the bonus.
15. For this Promotion, the General Terms and Conditions of the Company are automatically applicable.
16. The bonus offer can be used only once.
17. The bonus is available only for one betting account per person, family, apartment, computer or IP address. In case of suspected fraud conducted through multiple registrations (counterfeit accounts, game groups), the Company will cancel the bonus and the winnings due to the user. If a second account was registered, then the bonus will be deducted and all the bonuses and winnings will be canceled.
18. This offer is available only for those customers who have only one betting account registered.
19. In case of deviation and/or misunderstanding regarding the interpretation of the present terms and conditions, the National Betting Authority interpretation is considered final and binding.
20. These terms and conditions may be changed and amended during the Promotional period or at any other time. Notwithstanding the above, the customers that have already received the offer will be bound by the terms on which they relied to accept the offer, unless the changes are more favorable to the customers.
21. The cashout option will not be available for bets placed with any type of bonus.
