1. The offer is available for activation from 02/02/2024 to 05/02/2024, 23:59 (the offers are announced through special actions of electronic and phone messages and also through your profile – make sure that your e-mail address and/or your phone are included at our notification lists by activating the Notifications, that you will find at “My Profile” -> “Notifications”) only for the clients of Parimatch (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) who have received a separate personal message from the Company and the account of whom is verified.
2. The offer is valid only for bets placed on the website parimatch.com.cy and the official applications for mobile operating systems iOS and Android.
3. The offer is valid only for the next deposit in your betting account.
4. To activate the bonus go to your profile, section Bonus. Click “Claim” and then make your deposit by clicking “DEPOSIT”. The bonus will be available in a few minutes. Alternatively, contact the customer support department via live chat/email/telephone to activate the offer and credit of the bonus within 72 hours after your deposit.
5. Bets of “System” type do not participate at the present offer.
6. The bonus amount will be credited within 72 hours from the moment you claim it from your account at section “Bonus”.
7. The maximum amount of bonus you can receive is €50, depending on the amount of your next deposit. For example:• € 100 deposit = € 25 bonus• € 200 deposit = € 50 bonus• € 300 deposit = € 50 bonus• € 400 deposit = € 50 bonus
8. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must bet it at least five (5) times with odds of no less than 1.60 at the total odds of each bet.
9. Upon bonus activation, it will be available for wagering for 30 days from the time it was credited. After the 30 days, any amounts related to the bonus and/or the winnings which arose from it will be automatically deducted as the bonus has expired.
10. The bonus amount that will be credited into the customer's betting account may only be used for betting in sport or other events as described in the Company's General Terms and Conditions.
11. The customer may withdraw the bonus amount provided that all the conditions of the present Promotional offer have been met.
12. The option to withdraw from the betting account will be temporarily limited until the terms of the present offer are fulfilled. 13. The bonus offer can be used only once.
14. For this Promotion, the General Terms and Conditions of the Company are automatically applicable.
15. The bonus is available only for one betting account per person, family, apartment, computer or IP address. In case of suspected fraud conducted through multiple registrations (counterfeit accounts, game groups), the Company will cancel the bonus and the winnings due to the user. If a second account was registered, then the bonus will be deducted and all the bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.
16. The Company reserves the right to cancel the bonus and/or refuse to provide it to a customer, if the customer violated the terms and conditions of the Company or the Company has evidence that the customer has attempted to cheat in order to take advantage of this Promotion. The Company must inform the player in writing in case of exclusion from this offer.
17. In order for the customer to participate in this promotional offer, it is considered a prerequisite to maintain a verified account. In any case, the Company reserves the right to carry out again the procedure of verification of the betting account holder and/or request additional documents for the verification, as well as to suspend the bonus enrolment to the customer’s account at the time of the verification procedure.
18. This offer is available only for those customers who have only one betting account registered.
19. In case of deviation and/or misunderstanding regarding the interpretation of the present terms and conditions, the National Betting Authority interpretation is considered final and binding.
20. These terms and conditions may be changed and amended during the Promotional period or at any other time. Any modification / change to the terms and conditions of the offer will be made after approval of the Authority (articles 23 and 24 of the Advertising Code (Κ.Δ.02.2021)). Notwithstanding the above, the customers that have already received the offer will be bound by the terms on which they relied to accept the offer, unless the changes are more favourable to the customers.
21. The present Promotional offer can be combined with other promotions which have turnover requirements.
22. The cashout option will not be available for bets placed with any type of bonus.
