Welcome Bonus Without Deposit
1. The bonus offer is available only for new customers of Parimatch (hereafter referred to as "the Company") who have been registered on the website parimatch.com.cy/ m.parimatch.com.cy and the official applications for mobile operating systems iOS and Android, from 31/07/2021 until 30/04/2023.
2. Participation on the bonus program is valid until 30/04/2023.
3. The bonus is available only for one betting account per person, family, apartment, computer or IP address. In case of suspected fraud conducted through multiple registrations (fake account, playgroups), the Company will cancel the bonus and winnings due to the user. If a second account was registered, then the bonus will be deducted and all the bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.
4. To activate the bonus offer, you have to send a written request via live chat, whatsapp, viber or email at [email protected] and go to your profile at section “Bonus” and click “Claim”.
5. The maximum bonus amount you can receive with your registration is €20.
6. Bets of “System” type do not participate at the present offer.
7. Bonus funds will be credited within 72 hours upon the verification of all the information provided by the Customer.
8. Upon bonus activation, it will be available for wagering for 7 days from the time it was credited. After the 7 days, any amounts related with the bonus and/or the winnings which arose from it will be automatically deducted as the bonus has expired.
9. In order to withdraw the welcome bonus funds, you must bet at least €100 with odds of not less than 1.60 at the total odds, with your free €20 bonus and/or with a real funds’ deposit.
Α. For single bets placed in odds lower than 1.60 are not counted to the turnover requirements.
B. Only bets placed in the first selection of any match, Pre-game match and Live In-Play, will be counted for the turnover requirements. Any subsequent bets placed on other selections in the same match will not be counted towards the turnover requirements.
10. The Customer can withdraw the bonus if all its conditions are met.
11. If the required bonus turnover is not achieved within 30 days from the date the offer has been received, any amounts remaining in the bonus balance will be deducted.
12. During the process of withdrawal from the account, the customer has to keep in mind that the bonus amount is separate from real money of deposit. In order for the withdrawal procedure to be completed, the turnover requirements shall be met, as described at Term 8.
13. The option of withdrawal of bonus and of potential profits, will be limited temporarily, until the terms of the bonus are fulfilled.
14. The bonus offer can be used only once.
15. The customer automatically agrees to the terms and conditions of this promotional offer during the activation of bonus at the time of registration.
16. In case of fraud suspicion and/or abuse and/or infringement of any valid term or where there is evidence that the bets placed from a customer or a group of customers, they give guaranteed profit because of the registration bonus, enhanced payment, free bets or bets without risk or in a combination with other offers, independent of the result, the Company reserves the right to remove the bonus and it has the absolute discretion to settle the bets at the right odds, to cancel free and without risk bets or to cancel bets that were funded by the offer. For the investigation of the above mentioned, the Company has the right to request from any customer to submit valid evidence documents, before proceeding with the payment of any amount, free bet, bet without risk or any offer to his/her account.
17. The Company reserves the right to carry out the procedure of verification of the gaming account holder, as well as to suspend the bonus enrollment to the account at the time of the verification procedure.
18. In order for the Customer to participate in this promotional offer, it is considered a prerequisite to maintain a fully verified account by sending the relevant documents for identity and address verification.
19. The current terms and conditions may change or be amended during the period of the campaign or in any other time. Notwithstanding the above, the players that have already received the offer will be bound by the terms on which they relied to accept the offer, unless the changes are more favorable to the players.
20. The cashout option will not be available for bets placed with any type of bonus.
